Jeremy Waters is a devoted family man whose leadership is grounded in integrity, faith, and a commitment to excellence. He places a strong emphasis on family values and principled living. In November 2025, Jeremy acquired his partner’s interest in the business and became the sole owner, allowing him to guide the company fully according to his vision and core principles.

Rhonda Waters plays a vital role in the daily operations of the company. Known for her attention to detail and organizational expertise, she oversees administrative functions, fosters meaningful relationships with customers, and ensures that every family is treated with respect, compassion, and understanding. Her dedication to both family and customers has been a cornerstone of the company’s continued success.

Tyler Waters, a graduate from Louisiana Tech University, represents the next generation of the business. Having been raised in the industry, he has developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and faith-based service. His responsibilities include assisting in shop operations, teaching the technical aspects of stonework, working directly with customers, and overseeing all installations. Tyler’s involvement has become a vital asset to the company’s growth and future.
